I remember when I was little watching my older sister write "Duran Duran" on the side sole of her shoe. I had no idea who they were then. It took me a couple of years to find out.

Who doesn't love Duran Duran?  Ok, so maybe I am one of the few, but I love the come back album.

Seasonal Affective Disorder

Seasonal Affective Disorder is rough. I struggle through and live for the sun.
It snowed today. It is March 1st and the days are getting longer and that makes me happy.
What also makes me happy is reliving when and where I fell in love with Stand Up Paddle Boarding.

The weather is calling for 53 degrees on Monday with sunny skies. You can bet your cute butt that I will be on the lake. Wet suit, booties and sunscreen for my nose. I will be getting my vitamin D on my board. Stay tuned, I can't wait.

Aerial Silks

Aerial Silks is a fabulous workout. It is not only sexy (when done correctly) but oh the muscles you will get from doing this workout. It takes amazing arm and core strength.
